Most unopened items sold by Smart Tools in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Smart Tools have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, policy board (refund exceptions), bytrix2018.wixsite.com/smarttool or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

STANDARD SHIPPING. Orders will be processed for shipment within 1 - 2 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. Items normally shipvia UPS Economy (SurePost), a service which partners with USPS for residential delivery. Actual transit times are 2 to 7 business days from shipment.
